If I have someone fill out a contact form requesting more information can I have that persons information sent to more than one email account? For instance, I need a record of it myself to insure I get credit if the person goes on to become a subscriber, and I need it to go to the sales manager for follow up. I may even want another party to be alerted in order to create a database for other sales funnels.

Yes it is possible to send submission emails to multiple email addresses. Here are the available options:
1. You can add multiple email address separated by comma and space in the "Recipient Email" field of your email alert. The following guide should help you: http://www.jotform.com/help/39-Send-Notifications-to-Multiple-Recipients
