    Hi chutchins,

May we ask which portions of the form have you edited recently. I will access your form from our end to check if I can see the changes you made in your form.

You may also try to use the regular access (http://) instead of the secure access (https://) and observe if there is a difference.

We'll await your response. Thank you for using JotForm!

yes i have tried the nonsecure way also ans it didnt update. I added the question. Does the patient have a secondary insurance after the primary insurance information. I also added the names in the drop down fields that are blank under co-insurance under the secondary insurance core information. it now should say insurance pays with drop down fields 100. 90, 80, 70, etc and the other drop down field should say pt responsiblity with drop down fields 100,90,80,70, etc. just a couple of changes i have made. thanks

I am having the same issue.....I have embeded my form on my website.....then I went bank to jotform.com and updated and saved my form...it still has the save embed code but on my website the new form is not showing eventhough when i preview the form from jotform.com it shows the updated version...any ideas?

If I clone the form and re-emced it then works but that kind of deafeats the whoel purpose if I would have to clone the form everytime I make changes to one of my forms to get a new embed code.

I am just using the <> embed form method

    <script src="//form.jotform.com/jsform/12502731513"></script>

    @CDICORP

Usually, we would advise changing form to www so that the embed codes become, for example:

    <script src="//www.jotform.com/jsform/12502731513"></script>

However, it appears that for other users, that solution is not working, leading us to believe that there is an existing problem with our servers.

Like what I said in my previous response to this topic, I have already notified our developers of this issue. There's no harm in trying though, so if you may, please change form to www in your embed codes. Thanks!

We tested the jsform code your provided and it shows exactly what you have on the form? Do you still have this problem? If you do can you send us the URL of the form that is showing an older version?

When I embed the line below into my web page, I get an earlier versin of the form.

    <script src="http://form.jotform.com/jsform/12495328260"></script>

If you look at the page as it appears on my website you'll see the older versin of the form

My workaround was to clone the form and re-embed with the new Jot Form code....so right now the form is working because of that work around...otherwise it would still be showing my old form taht did not have the file upload option.

I can try changing another form if you liek for testing purposes

I found that if you embed the source code into your page it will work, but I don't like that option.

Tht requires that any change needed be done on you rJotform page and then copied to your website editor, then re-published - yuk!

I too cloned my form to get it working, but that is obviously not a solution. Remember that any submissions received by the "pre-modified" form will not mrgrate to the newly cloned form, so it's only a passable solution during initial setup (if that).

I am also having that issue today.  Cloning the form is the only way I can get it to work.  I agree, that is time consuming.  Please fix right away!  I have several forms that I need to get created this week.

On the following form I added a "required" field on the first option, Insured, and updated the notification email address.

    <script src="https://www.jotform.com/jsform/12500928519"></script>

Just so others know, you can use the iframe code temporarily as it seems to work.  But the thank you message will appear within the frame.  That's the only reason I don't like it.  That, and I have to update the iframe code everytime I make the form longer.

It looks like the form has mostly updated for me but anything I changed in the "Preferences" section is still the default. The custom CSS is working in the i-frame and the Jot Form website but not in the script. I checked the www.jotform instead of form.jotform as well. Thank you.

abrown: Have you re-saved your form? That might be needed for the cache to be reset.

Yes, I saved it and also, recleared my cache. If I embed the i-frame instead, it shows up fine. I'd rather not use the i-frame though.

Hi. I believe i am having the same issue.  I have already posted a support item but then found this. The issue described is exactly my issue.  Cannot get the form to show updated changes to Xara, only shows the old form.

    here's the form link http://fluidflow.com.au/contact.htm

    Here's the code:

    <script type="text/javascript" src="http://form.jotform.co/jsform/23473129424856"></script>

I might try the cloning option but this just gets messy.  Even trying to update the email notification to another account is the same issue

    @aussiedropbear

This is what I see on my end.

Is there any problem? There seems to be no difference on its stand alone version either. Try checking your browser's cache that might help.

    --

If nothing works, update your embed code to this:

    <script type="text/javascript" src="//www.jotform.co/jsform/23473129424856"></script>

    Thanks!

The difference between the form held in the account at jotform and the one displayed on my site is, in this instance, is the font. i have tried the embed feature as well. no joy.
