I'm trying to intergrate the app: Fit Forms into a test form but the app-id is not correct. I ve tried serveral thing e.g. the instructions on http://www.jotform.com/fit-forms/ but this instruction video is outdated.
The screenshot shows my settings which are comparable with those of the instruction-video. What do I have to do in order to get this app function properly?
Please give my an proper instruction so I can integrate it into a form
Regards

Hi,
Please use this user guide on -How-to-create-a-Facebook-Application-for-your-Fit-Forms-Integration
You need to create an App first to have the App ID. The app ID can be seen below the created App name. (See image below)
Hope this help. Please tell us if you are still not able to do it.
Thanks.

Hello mathmind,
I did check your from and it seems the Facebook LogIn button is being displayed correctly but authentication does not seems to work. It gives us an error message. Please check the screenshot below:
Please ensure that you use http://jotformpro.com as "Site URL" and "jotformpro.com" as "App Domains" of your facebook basic setting page as mentioned the in this guide.
Do try this and get back to us if the issue persists.
Thank you!
