Creating multiple drafts

Hi,
When using the save and continue later option, we have found that we can't have more than one draft form running at once. Each time we try to do a new one, the old one's data gets erased even with the link given at the end of the draft.
Not sure if we are doing something wrong or if it's just not possible.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to the Approval Job Sheet form? If yes, your form is set to private which means that only the invited users are able to open it and save their progress. Invited users are only able to create one save session and if they access the form they would be prompted to discard and start over or to continue with the draft saved on their account. Does that mean we can't have multiple drafts going at once? As our company sometimes needs to come back to the form when gathering info and usually have multiple jobs running at the one time. From my understanding of what you have just said, we can only have a single draft of the form going.

Yes, that's correct. I understand what you're trying to accomplish and there's a better way of doing it. Instead of using the Save and Continue Later feature, you can use the Jotform Prefill feature. You can create as many 'prefilled' links as you can. I highly recommend that you go over the link above to learn more.
