Thank you for taking interest in our service. We do not offer an auto-upgrade option for our users. All subscription upgrades are done manually.
You will receive an e-mail alert when your account is near the limits anyway, so you don't have to worry about your forms getting disabled. You should just upgrade immediately soon as you receive this alert.
By the way, I noticed that you do not have a registered account yet. Please register a free account so that you won't lose access to any forms you create. An unregistered "guest account" loses access to forms created under it once the browser's cookies get cleared.
