We use Jotforms for a diving center and guests visit us several times. So if someone omes 2 or 3 times a year, is it possible that he or she submits the form with the same adress?
Because we received during a test this message form Jotform:
Sorry! Only one entry is allowed.
Multiple submissions are disabled for this form.

This error message occurs when you have unique submission check set up:
Currently for the most recent form you were working on, you have it set to loose check. This will only allow one submission per session, but if you clear your browsers cookies it will allow you to make another submission. If you set this to "No Check", your users will be able to make as many submissions as they would like.
