I upgraded to PayPal Pro and this is the first order I have submitted paying with a credit card.  Got this error. "Transaction refused because of an invalid argument. See additional error messages for details.

Value of OrderDescription element has been truncated."

Not sure what the problem is

More information - I tried again to place an order and used a MasterCard this time.  Order processed perfectly.

So I tried again with the American Express card that gave me the error the first time and this time I get an error box like the original one but nothing written in it.  Just the box with  exclamation icon in it.

    Not sure????

    Thank you for contacting us.

I have submitted your form several times, but I was not able to reproduce any error messages and I was properly redirected to the PayPal payment page. The credit card option should work in the same way as the PayPal payment page.

It is probably that your AmEx payment was declined by PayPal. You can try another AmEx card to check this out. It might also worth contacting PayPal Support to find out if you can accept AmEx payments via your PayPal Pro account.

Please feel free to contact us if you need any further assistance.
