What will happen if I add another form in Approval workflow?

What happens if I put another Base Element 'FORM" where I circled.

I also disabled restarting in the settings of the flow.

So once I fill out the form, then if the flow reaches "Add Pricing For Supplements". At this point, a person will open the email and click on a link to edit the form and keep it moving forward towards approval.

What happens if I put another FORM element where the red circle is?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I tested an Approval Workflow with another form and the approval flow stops until the form has been filled in.
