    Multiple Upload: Delete file button not working during upload

    There are two cancelation buttons but only 1 of them works - how do we remove the other

    The orange X button is actually there to delete uploaded files. In other words, it does work once the file is added (completely uploaded).

    I will submit a ticket to our Development Team to see if we can improve the Multiple Upload field to remove the confusion.

    We will let you know once we have any updates on this.

    Got it. But you see both at the same time so its confusing to our users.  Unfortunately if it cant be fixed we'll need to move off your platform so please let us know the developer teams response.

    While waiting for an update, I would suggest to inject the following custom CSS codes to remove the hover X button:

    .qq-upload-delete {

    display: none !important;

    }

    The ticket is already assigned to our developer and the priority is high so I'm sure they'll look into this matter. You will be notified via this thread when updates are available.

    Hello ravidrazak,

    The bug is now fixed.  Please reload your page on the form builder and then save the form again for the changes to take effect.
