why is my form disabled

    I see that your form is disabled by our anti-phishing filter since you are using username and password fields which is against our Terms of use. The account is reactivated now and the form is whitelisted.

    We recommend the following to avoid any further suspensions which might also lead to permanent suspension of the account.

    1. Not to create Login forms which contains username and password fields

    2. Do not leave any untitled/unused forms with unlabelled fields within the form

    Also, please understand that it is all to fight phishing in order to be complaint with Internet Regulations.
