Hi there,
I had created a Jotform form and wanted it to make it into a custom URL. When i go to the embedded form section i do have the option to create a custom url, but when i do my username is still present in the link itself.
e.g Jotform.co/<UserName>/ <Custom text>
i would like to have the link look like the following
Jotform.co/<CustomText1>/<CustomText2>
Is this possible?, i was planning to upgrade to the Premium $10/month option and was inquiring if this was an added feature.
Thanks

Hello Taz,
Please be noted that if you use our custom URL feature, your form URL will always have your username. It is not possible to remove your username form the custom form URL.
I would suggest you to use our custom domain feature where you will be able to use your own domain in your form URL. The following guide should help you: http://www.jotform.com/help/144-How-to-use-Custom-Domains-with-Jotform
Hope this helps.
Do get back to us if you have any questions.
Thank you!
