    Unable to save the form

    for some reason only half of this form will save

    Generally such issues occur due to browser caches. To best resolve the issue, we request you to clear the browser cache by following the steps provided in

    http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache 

    Also, you may also try using a different browser. This should resolve the issue. 

    If the issue still persists, we request you to get back to us with the exact error message displayed while saving the form, if any. We'll be happy to look into this issue further.

    have cleared the cache and yet it still wont save properly I have edited the text so many time now and each time it seems to have saved, then when its re launched it is back as it was with edits back as they were. It is like it is reloading an older save , the save button seems to be a bit fast as it only takes about 2 seconds if that , I feel to fast to save properly ,  changing between foms is also a lengthy process for some reason upto 3 - 4 mins. I also  had an alert saying that you had some internal sever issues and were working to resolve this.

    Is this the reason for issues I am experiencing ????

    have created a new version as anattempt to circumnavigate the problem but this did not work either. The main problem is the text .

    I understand that the text changed is not saved properly to the form. It takes only a few seconds to save the form. I was able to see some updates to your form but they are on the items other than text. Since you are having the issue with text box, please confirm that you are saving the text by clicking on Complete button.

    Also, could you provide us the screenshot of error displayed which would help us in investigating the issue further?

    thanks I was indeed using the complete button, and also made sure that all was saved properly before changing forms as this will also result in loss

    there was no error message

    in the past when saving you see a rotor on the save button and also a runing bar bottom right, when saving yesterday and today the rotor does not appear and the bar flashes,

    strangly it seems to be saving ok now, what you really want to hear but I feel the truth from you guys would not go a miss and the real reason is a bandwith issue and nothing more. I would much prefer to be informed of this rather than rubbish of other issues claimed to be mine

    I had an error message that said of a large number of users try later typ message which indicate to bandwith issue

    Thank you for confirming that the issue is resolved now. This couldn't be a bandwidth issue since we haven't received such reports from other users when we have around 1000 users online and response time to the server seems to be fine.
