downgrade service

I have been trying for 2 days to downgrade my service, but it just took another monthly payment out.  How can I get a refund and successfully downgrade my service?

To cancel your subscription in Paypal please:

1. Log into your PayPal account

2. Find the latest payment you made to us

3. Click on your subscription number

4. Click on "Cancel Subscription" button.
This way you will not be charged again.

Your RecSoccer account is set back to free again. I submitted a refund request for the latest payment. As your account is now free, please be attentive to the new monthly limits.
