advice on frame collapse

is there a way of making visable a collapse  field just for the benifit of adding additional information to a selected answer but still show the next question below it. then the open collapse field hides when moved on to  the next question

I understand that you want to have sections in the form that allows you to show/hide the sections. You can use Form Collapse option from Survey Tools to achieve this.
