It looks like you were able to cancel your subscription successfully. I checked your account and it shows that it is scheduled to downgrade on the 14th of September, which is supposed to be your next billing date had you not cancelled.
Your account shall still enjoy Premium status until the time you paid for expires. Your forms and data will remain intact when it downgrades to a free one.
