how to create an optional (possibly hidden) section

    Newbie!
I'm collecting some details from attendees. If there is one attendee per family then I have the fields for them to fill in.
If there are two attendees per family, is there a way of making a check box for '2nd attendee' & if the check box is marked then a second set of fields appear for collecting details for the 2nd attendee?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi,

That is possible by adding the set of fields and use our conditional logic: -Smart-Forms-Using-Conditional-Logic to show these fields based on a selection from the previous set of fields of your form.

Please refer to this guide for the full steps: http://www.jotform.com/help/196-Hide-or-Show-Multiple-Fields-at-Once

Please get back to us if you need further assistance.

    Thank you!
