OneDrive Integration: Folder within folder is not being created

For some reason, I cannot get this to add the folder within multiple folder systems in my OneDrive. it is working for 5 or 6 other forms that I sent up previously... but now on the new form it is just creating the folder after submission in "MY FILES" folder. I cannot seem to get it to create within another folder I have set up in the One Drive. Help!

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your last edited form(Straw Poll) but that is not integrated with the OneDrive. You mentioned that you have several active forms integrated with OneDrive. Can you kindly share the URL of the specific form that is causing this issue? Can you please also confirm if the submission is also not imported to the OneDrive?

In the meantime, I would suggest you to remove the OneDrive integration and then add it back. Let's do it as most of the time, removing an integration and then adding it back solves the problem. You might also want to check out this guide about How to integrate Jotform with OneDrive
