form wont calculate total

I have a form that has coverage booking details that should add up but it won't calculate the total at the end to be charged to the card. I would hate to re-enter all the product for purchase. 

I understand that automatic calculations are not being done to total on the form when different options were selected. But, it seems the calculation is working fine at my end. Please see the recorded video below :

Please let us know if you meant some other calculation on the form. We are happy to look into this further.
