I can't create a new form or edit my form

    I am having trouble with Jot Form.  I am a premium member and I can't use the navigation, create new forms or edit my existing forms.  I cleared my Chrome cashe, uninstalled it and installed it again.  This is the browser I always use. Is my account frozen for some reason?

    Please notice from the screenshot that when I hover over the form I want to edit there are no edit controls/options on the right hand side.

    I need to get into my forms and extract the submissions and I can't do that either.

    Hello charlythepearl,

    I did check your account and did not find any issue with that. Your account is in good shape and you should not have any issue.

    Please be noted that when you mouse hover on the list of forms, it will not display any controls to edit or view submissions. You will have to actually click/select on one of the form and then only the controls will be visible. Please check the screenshot below:

    If selecting the form also does not display the controls, it is surely a browser related issue. You do not re-install your browser but just try to clear the browser cache again and see if that solves your problem. You may also like to check it in some other browser as well such as Mozilla though you should not have any issue with chrome.

    It is not working. I cleared the cash and rebooted.  It won't allow me to place a check in the box next to the form.  I even tried all thee browsers (Chrome, Firefox and Explorer).  Please help.

    Hello charlythepearl,

    That is strange.

    I still believe the issue is related to your browser. I would suggest you to try the following steps:

    1. Close the browser tab where you have opened the JotForm pages.

    2. Clear the browser cache once again.

    3. Shutdown your internet modem for few minutes and then restart again.

    If the issue persists, it could be a CDN related problem and you may try to sign in to your JotForm account by clicking on the following URL :  http://www.jotformpro.com/?noCDN=true
