Near the bottom you will see part of my terms gets cut off. It gets cut off after the "a" of agree. That is because the width of your web page is small to accommodate your form's width. You will not have to change the width of your web page but you can solve this problem by slightly reducing the width of your form itself. Please check the screenshot below:
