Account Suspended - Copyright logos

    It says suspended when I enter my password. I tried resetting my password, and it allowed me to do so. But when I tried logging in again, it showed "login failed - suspended."

    Can you please help ASAP?

    Hi Debbie,

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I have checked your account was suspended by our phishing detector. I have checked it because you have added the copyright logo in your form. But your email registered to your account is of a free email provider instead of a business domain email address.

    To activate your account we needed to delete the forms having copyright logos. If you agree with this please confirm. Please note that the deletion of the form will delete the submission data too.

    Hi Debbie,

    Thanks for getting back to us. I understand that you don't want to delete the form and the submissions made, since you claim that you are a legitimate company or institution you will need to provide us with the following information:

    1. The URL where the form is used.
    2. Provide any documentation that will support your claims.
    3. Your website or proof of affiliation to legitimate institutions.

    Send all of these to reviewers@jotform.com or support@jotform.com with the "Thread #4114795" as the subject. One of our colleagues will get back to you about the status of your account. After the account has been reactivated you can then log in back to your account and requests the forms to be transferred to your other account by following this guide.
