I have created new registration form. But on next day I see that changes have not been saved and I have to do the same. And next time was the same. So, I did that work twice.
Could you help me? what the trouble? Please, see in attached files screens of this disappeared page.

I did check your custom form URL and I am unable to replicate the issue you are having. I am able to load your form with its custom URL without any issue. Please check the screenshot below:
I would suggest you to please check your form URL again and get back to us if you have any trouble.
