I have a few questions regarding existing options and workarounds to satisfy my needs with jotform as opposed to paying some half-product-half-service $50 a month for things that I dont want and not getting all of what I
1. Do any of the existing options support blocking out appointment times already taken previously or allow me to block out some random days based on my business load? This is about an auto repair and service center, I am fine for now with one appointment at a time and blockage.
2.May I define services that are reflected properly on the calendar and reservation piece with varying work time required for each task so that when a client wants a job that takes 4 hours, he cannot take a 2 hour available spot for that job?
3. May i define free and paid services, fixed, hourly rate, and "will discuss" rates for these services?
4.Would your forms be supported on Wix mobile properly? I understand they do work just fine on desktop wix sites, however, when I tried to look at a mobile page, the form required a lot of scrolling left and right and up and down. I want a way to have the form render more friendly on the mobile as it is embedded with html widget on a wix site, is this possible?
5.Does jotform offer any user login method for forms, any history keeping for their submissions, any way that the system works a little deeper than just a basic form and work or imitates a little bit of CRM modules at least on its customer facing end?
I have not invested the time to build this form yet, so I am asking these questions to avoid wasting time if my needs will not really be met here, I'd really appreciate a through point by point response (:

Please check the Date Reservation Widget
From the description alone, I think it already matches your requirement for Appointment/Reservation form. Using this widget, users can pick appointment dates and that date can be block/reserved already so that it will not be used again.
I suggest trying this out on your form to have a better understanding how it works.
