How to remove space after form is submittedAsked by Brian on August 04, 2014 at 06:01 AM
I have been using JotForm successfully on our website but there is information following the form including a PayPal button that users miss because once the data on the form has been submitted the form itself "disappears" (as I would want) but leaves a large blank space so the what was below the form has now disappeared off the bottom of the screen.
Is there a way of "deleting" that space so that the items come back on to the screen and are not missed by users?

Unfortunately, that's how the thank you message will be presented. I would advise to instead of using the Thank You Message option, use the Custom Thank You URL. You have to create a duplicate of this page:
...remove the form from this duplicate page and put your thank you message there. Use this duplicate page in the Custom Thank You URL.
Hope that works for you.
Thanks for the reply - I will have to think about it/try it as my immediate reaction is whether the next user would find the form had been removed?
Actually, the Thank You Message is presented to the page after you submit to the form. You have to scroll up to see the message. Check this image: https://cms.jotform.com/uploads/image_upload/image_upload/Welvin/28861_RegisterONLINEPooleBay.png
The next users who visit the webpage should still be able to see and submit to the form. Same message after he/she submits to the form.
This bug has been fixed.
