How to enable multiple submissions

I keep getting this error.  How do I set it up so that people can submit and unlimited amount of these forms.

I checked your form and it appears that you have the Unique question check enabled on your form:

If you change this field to "No Check" it will allow for up to 1000 total submissions with your form as that is the only other limitation you have placed upon it.
