Remove branding on the Email Notification

I upgraded to have Jotform completely removed from all forms. Now I am being told that removing the branding is not possible on the continue later email. What is the sense in being able to remove some branding, but not all the branding? I do not want jot forms to show at all. I upgraded for this reason. You are misleading people to upgrade, only to find out you can not completely remove the Jotform branding.

While I see this has been escalated to be a new feature, the pace you are moving at is unacceptable. This should be a basic benefit to those that pay more to not have the branding. You are collecting more money, but not delivering as promised in your pricing plan description/promise.

It gets to the point when requests are useless and demands are ignored. I need a date that this will be resolved. You are not the only player in the forms game. I really need to be able to white label every area of my forms. if this is not possible by my launch date, I will have no choice but to leave Jotforms. Yeah, you probably do not care! This is the case these days with service providers.

Please advise a date that we can expect the notification email for continuing forms will be able to be white-labeled.

Seriously, what company is okay with having another company's logo and branding all over their forms?

    Hello simpleflatfee,

Thanks for reaching out with this feature request. I understand how frustrating this is for you and I’ll do my best to help you. While the feature you're looking for isn't available yet in most of our paid plans, we currently have this feature on our Jotform Enterprise. Rest assured that we're continually working to improve Jotform and offer new services and features. I've gone ahead and escalated this thread as a feature request to our Developer Team. I have to apologize since when or if this is produced is determined by their workload, viability, and the number of other users that desire it. If there are any updates, we'll let you know.

Let us know if there’s anything else we can do for you.

So the truth is that you hook us by stating the Jotform branding will be removed when we upgrade, and then now, to have all the branding removed, I have to upgrade again. This just upsets me even more. If you look at your pricing plans, I have attached a screenshot; you say "No Branding." I demand you upgrade me for free to the plan where "No Branding" is possible. Your upgrade and plan descriptions are misleading and false advertisements. You can not advertise "No Branding" and tell me later that a certain form can not be unbranded.

Either I am upgraded, or I will leave Jotforms and reverse my charges. Also, blast the internet with the truth about your branding options. Which is actually pay my the highest plan fee if you want "NO BRANDING"!

    Hi simpleflatfee,

Thanks for your patience, we appreciate it. The "no branding" option is only applicable to the forms. Unfortunately, this does not yet include some of the emails received or sent. Your concern is already assigned to the relevant department. But if you do wish to cancel your subscription and get a refund of your last payment, I can definitely do that for you.

Once we get your permission, we'll be able to process your cancellation and refund.

That is exactly the reason I sent that message. To prove that you all don't care. You just simply cancel and refund those that call you out on your false promise. Maybe you should change your plan details to "NO BRANDING ON FORMS ONLY - NOT EMAILS". That would be the correct information so that people can have the true and correct details about your so-called "No Branding"

I will cancel as soon as I am ready to do so.
