Can I share the form?

If I send a driver out on delivery and he uses the form and I am at the office can we both make changes and update it?

Also, can I change the name of the form I created for each customer and keep them in a file? Can I have 200 forms with customer names?

    Thanks,

    Eddie

    Hi Eddie,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, you can both use the form. If you want your driver to just fill up the form while on delivery, you can add him as a Form Assignee. This requires the driver to have a Jotform account. A free account would be enough. Check this guide on Adding assignees to your form.

    1. Click on the Publish tab
    2. Click the Assing Form on the left nav
    3. Enter the email address to invite the person or just click on the Copy link button and then share the link.
    4. Click on the Settings on the left of the Assign Form to add restrictions to the assignee. 1656010299 62b4b63b2bfb3 Screenshot 10

If you want the driver to edit the form, you can add him as a collaborator. Please check this guide on Understanding Form Collaboration.

    1. Click the Add Collaborators button at the top right of the Form Builder.
    2. Next, click Copy Link.
    3. Share it with others.1656010587 62b4b75b7ee0b Screenshot 21

Please note that adding an assignee will give access to fill up and edit the submission after. Adding as a collaborator is giving access to edit the form for example deleting or adding form fields.

As for your other question, I've moved that to a new thread. You can check that out here.
