Cloned form using subscription payment through Stripe

I was on chat with one of your techs and lost the window?? Anyway, I cloned a form that had been working using Stripe one time payment. I changed the payment parameters to a subscription but it's not working. Does the Strip API info have to be different for ever form using Stripe? Does the Stripe secret key have to be different every time?

I'm at a loss on why this isn't working and Stripe isn't responding.

My form I'm trying to use is "Back 2 School Promo - Year of Tanning"

    Hi,

You should be able to use the same API key across multiple forms.  However when you clone a form, all of the integration's are removed and email notifications set to default.  You may need to set up the Stripe integration but as I stated previously, you should be able to use the same key.  Also, if you change the type of payment from products to a subscription, you would also need to redo the integration.

If you need a form moved from one account to another with integration's and such in tact, we can do this for you.  The original account would no longer have access to the form however.

Please let us know if this does not help and we will be happy to assist you further.

    Thank you for using JotForm!

You say the "all of the intergrations are removed". But the API and Publishable Key information from my single payment form are still there when I click on the Wizard button to edit or view the Settings . . and it's still not working. Any Thoughts?

    Hi,

I am sorry about that, I thought you had cloned the form from a URL and not from your own account. If the keys are working in one form, they should work across all of your forms.  Have to tried redoing the integration to see if that works?  Then using the updated API key for both of your forms?  Please let us know if updating the integration still does not work and we will be happy to look into this further.

    Thank you for using JotForm!

I'm nervous to do that. I CAN'T have my other forms that are online using the current API Key go down and not work!

But, it's the best suggestion I've received yet and would try it if I knew it wouldn't break my other forms and payment on those forms.

I seems that the form is working fine at my end. I was able to test the cloned form with test keys. As my colleague stated, please see if the re-integration works on the cloned form. Generating new API needs the API to be changed on other forms as well.

Also, it might help in resolving the issue by clearing the cache. Please get back to us if the issue still persists. We are happy to assist you.
