Incomplete Payment status

    3 entries were successfully completed on my form. Two submissions show up in the Google spreadsheet. All three show in Paypal just perfectly.

    In JotForm, all 3 entries show up as Incomplete Payments.

    I have read:  http://www.jotform.com/help/564-how-to-view-incomplete-payments-of-your-payment-forms/ as well as ensure the Paypal IPN was set to point to Jotform.

    Am I missing a step?

    I looked this over and it seems to be set up correctly as far as I can tell so I don't think your missing anything further. You only have 2 submissions which were successful so this was the reason you had received only those 2 submissions within your google spreadsheet as well. The other 3 were incomplete as they were not paid for per the explanation provided in the guide you read.
