    Can not open forms I have already created again

    Was able to create a new form yesterday and open forms, but today nothing.  This is not the first time and it is very frustrating.  I am afraid to upgrade account due to this..   Have tried with .com and .us addresses and nothing.  I was on Firefox and also tried Google chrome to no avail.  Please contact me with reasons why this is happening.

    Hi Greg,

    We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this. I know that you have reported a similar issue in the past as I was also involved in that thread here

    Unfortunately there must be something amiss in your browser or network for this to happen again on your end. As of now, I am not able to encounter or reproduced similar issue on any browsers I used. There no reported similar cases also.

    Did you perhaps changed/updated your browser's settings? Perhaps something was changed for it to happen again.

    Please try applying the suggestions by our colleague EltonCris on the old thread http://www.jotform.com/answers/402444  and see if it makes any difference.

    Can you also tell us if you are using any anti-virus or firewall application.. perhaps this applications were causing blockage or prevention in access the JotForm URL.

    I also suggest you upload screenshot in your message on how it looks on your end so that we can have a visual reference.

    Please inform us if the issue persist.

    Nothing works what so ever and I don't have 2 hours to waste on this every time Jot Form does it's own thing - not work.  It is definitely not my lap top or chrome.  Can use every other program out there other that this one.  Makes no sense what so ever.

    Hi,

    Can you please provide us also a screenshot on how it looks on your end.

    You can use the insert/edit image tool in the message composer here in the forum.

     

    I checked this using your account/username and I was able to properly see your forms in My Forms page.

     

    Can you also try using the old My Forms link if you will be able to see your forms

    Use this link http://www.jotform.com/page.php?p=myforms (make sure you are logged in first to JotForm)

    Please update us of the result.
