Using Paypal, how do I create two types of payments for donations?

I need to do a button that allows someone to give any amount they wish one time and also a button to allow someone to subscribe so that they can automatically make payments.  How do I set this up when your form is telling me that only one payment tool is allowed?

There is no direct way to combine multiple Payment Tools on the same form.
