How to remove two-form verification

    How do I remove the verification code in order to login? I just want to be able to sign in. Thanks.

    Hello Calvin,

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I checked your account and the Two-Factor Authentication setting is already disabled. Try clearing your browser cache and then try logging in again to your account.

    I have cleared my chache and still getting asked for the two-step
    verification.

    We have checked your account and email authentication codes are sent when you use Jotform via different devices simultaneously. Our standard plans (Free, Bronze, Silver, and Gold) are individual, single-user plans. It is a violation of our Terms of Use to share login credentials with other individuals.
