Hi!
I am looking for a solution to share information that has been put into a contact form with a handful of co-workers, that way creating a simple CRM that is accessible online and password protected.
Is this a possible use case for JotForm, and if, how does it work?
Best regards,
Stefan

Hi Stefan,
You can directly share your form submissions to your co-workers. You can protect the submissions page with a single password. Please refer to this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/199-How-to-Share-Form-s-Submissions-Page
You can also create a report, we have a few methods, preferably:
https://www.jotform.com/help/209-How-to-create-an-HTML-Table-Listing-Report
https://www.jotform.com/help/105-How-to-create-a-Grid-Listing-report
These two can also be protected by a single password entry.
Another one would be to integrate your form to Google Spreadsheet: https://www.jotform.com/help/228-How-to-Integrate-Form-with-Google-Spreadsheet then share the output sheet to your co-workers.
We also have a few CRM integrations, please check:
I hope that helps! Please let us know if you have any further questions.
Thank you!
