Ways to prevent getting spam submissions on my form

We are having a big problem with bulk spam from Russia. Last night I found over 200 emails on our in-box that had no relevance to our business. They have send 12 emails this am!

Could you help me with a solution?

If someone is spamming your submissions there's a few options that you can add. You could try adding a captcha to your form which will help prevent bots from submitting your form. If you believe these are manual submissions since they all appear to be from the same IP you could turn on unique submissions and have the IP check enabled.
