Is there a way to send an email to different addresses depending on the option in the field selected?

This is for an application that has 2 locations, and 2 HR directors one in Georgia and one in Indiana.

Yes there is. 

You can use this linked guide which will show you how to configure the Conditional Logic Wizard to send emails based on what is filled out or selected on your form. 

Basically, the conditional logic wizard sends the email notification to an email address you will determine. 

You can add a conditional rule for each location.
