My form disabled sometime yesterday evening. I had a bunch of submissions after I left work and then started getting emails that the form was unavaliable. During this time, I had not been online at all, I just found this out this morning. I sumbitted a ticket since it was coming up unavailable and was told to enable it, which worked.
I want to make sure this does not happen again. What would have caused the form to disable? How do I prevent this in the future?

You have set a limit of 25 submissions. You have to remove the form limits so it won't be disabled again. It's under Preferences > Form Limits
