Hello, Currently, I have participants who will go to an event on my website and may want to register for the event before the registration process has started (Registration form is not yet activated until specified date).  Therefore, is it possible for a message to appear when someone clicks on the "Register Now" button event though the form is not yet activated? Right now they click on the Register Now button and all that appears is a blank screen.  Help.  thank you!

Message we would like to place on blank page is below:

Thank you for your interest in this excursion.  Registration has not yet begun, the excursion is full, or the registration deadline has passed.  If you believe that you have received this notice in error, or you would like to double-check availability, please e-mail us directly at:  s.isaka@alpineinternational.com

    Hi,

If you would like to still accept the submission but give a custom thank you page informing the user that registration is not currently open, you can customize your thank you page by following this guide:

When looking at your website however, the "Register Now" buttons are not JotForm related.  They are buttons that link to empty web pages.  You would need to alter the html files for those pages in order to include the information you desire.

Are the buttons I believe you are referring to that take you to pages like this:

It appears someone has setup the file structure and templates for the site, but did not fully fill them in.

Please let us know if you have any further questions and we will be happy to help.

    Thank you for using JotForm!
