How do I downgrade back to the Starter Plan?

Hi,

For subscription that is paid through Paypal, you have to cancel it by going to your Paypal Account Dashboard. Or, we can request the cancellation to our billing department. But upon checking our records, your subscription is already cancelled. Your account will be on the Premium Plan until August 10, 2014.
