    My email notification for one of my forms is not working

    I have tried multiple email addresses for the form for Messenger delivery routes and the email notification never arrives. I have checked spam and it is not there either. Any assistance you could provide would be appreciated.

    Hi Regina,

    It seems like you have deleted the form. Anyway, I can't find any email logs for all of the recipients of the form. All of the recipients are created into the same domain: messengernews.net. Your form notification settings are correct, and the email addresses aren't into our bounce list.

    One solution for that issue is to setup Mandrill's SMTP to your forms. Please follow this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/236-How-to-use-Mandrill-to-Send-Emails-From-Your-Own-Email-Address

    Another recommended solution for this issue is to add our IP Addresses and Mail Server Domains to your whitelists. Please refer to this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses

    Lastly, please let us know for the new form so we can make our test to it.
