Account suspended: Forgot Log in information

    Hello! I am so sorry to bother you! My computer crashed and I am trying to log in and a different computer, but I cannot remember my username or login. Can you help with that?

    Hi Sandy,

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I am sorry you are having issues logging in on a different computer. I can help you with the solution. The username associated with your account s*ho*e10*9. If you forgot your password, you can reset it instead. Let me take you through it:

    1. Go to the Jotform Main Page and click on Login.

    2. On the login screen, click on Forgot Password.

    3. Enter your email address and then click on Send Reset Instructions.

    You'll get an email with instructions about how to reset your password.

    4. In the email, click on Reset Password.

    5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.

    Your new password is now set and you can use it to log into your Jotform account.

    Because you cannot get your log-in information correct, the system suspended the account. I have now reactivated it. You should now be able to log back in after resetting your password.
