Unable to add items to the cart in my app

    Hello:


    My name is Krystle. I recently created an app for people to purchase items for a conference I'm hosting. I published it and it successfully connected to my square account. When I went to do a test run, I was unable to add the items to the cart.

    I do have a free account. Would I have to upgrade in order for this feature for people to purchase work?

    Hello Krystle,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked the app and I was able to replicate the issue with the items not being able to be added to the cart. I went ahead and cleared the form cache as a precaution. You don't need a paid account for this to work; Free accounts can create a Store app. As a solution, could you please try removing the payment integration on your app and then set it up again? This usually fixes the problem.
