Click on Submit Button nothing happens

    Hi Laurie,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've cloned your form to try and replicate the issue. During my test, I noticed that the theme you're using in your form doesn't display an error message. I thought at first that there was a bug as it was not allowing me to submit the form. When I scroll up, there's one required field that was not filled out. If the required field is left blank, it will not allow submitting the form.

    Kindly double-check on your test if all required fields are filled out. If you scroll the page, the required filled be highlighted in red.

    I've also cleared your form cache in our server to refresh the form. This will not affect the form's data. If the issue still persists, kindly give us permission to submit a test submission to your form.
