een titel of tekstregel op een website in het webformulier plaatsen

Hallo,

Ik probeer het volgende te realiseren:

Ik heb een website met daar op verschillende vacatures. Mensen kunnen solliciteren door het invullen van een webformulier. Nu zou ik graag willen dat wanneer ze het webformulier invullen, de functienaam van de betreffende vacature er automatisch boven komt te staan.

Dus dat je een stukje tekst van de website in het webformlier kunt laten verschijnen.

Is zoiets mogelijk?

If yes, it is possible but it would require to have another form prior to pre-populate it? Also, for us to better understand, do you have a form URL and the Page URL where this is embed so we can check?

Thanks for the quick reply. In English is fine by me :-).

I noticed that a prefilled field also can be used with Airtable. I use Airtable with this website so perhaps it would be easier to use that?

I made a form: FVH Sollicitatieformulier (jotform.com)

I made a connection with Airtable and selected the field I want to be prefilled (the first field on the form called 'Je solliciteert op de functie:'

But when I publish the website and look at the form, the field is nof filled.

On the website https://www.werkenbijfvh.nl/vacatures click on the picture of the first job, where you will be redirected to the jobs details page. On that page, scroll a little bit down untill you see on the right side, a blue button, called 'Sollicteer direct'. Click on the button to go to the webform.

There you will see that the first field is not filled.

I must be missing something, can you help me out?

It seems you are using the Iframe Embed Codes of the form to embed on your website, which has the direct link to their form. If they want to prefill the form with data from Airtable, please try using the generated Prefill URL in the Iframe Embed Codes instead of the direct link.

Using that url did the trick for the first job (Medewerker schoonmaak).

But when you click on the second job photo 'Huismeester' (or any other) and go to the details page and click again on the blue button 'Sollicteer direct' I don't see the correct title in the form. It still says 'Medewerker schoonmaak'..........

I've checked your website and the Sollicteer direct button for every job redirects to this same page:

Since the embedded form has one particular prefilled link given, it will always load the same prefilled data related to it. Thus, if you would like to load different prefilled forms for each different job option, you can use the following approach:

You can create a copy of this page for each different job option: https://www.werkenbijfvh.nl/reviews

Then, you can embed the forms with different prefilled links for each job and then put links to those different pages for each job option (Sollicteer direct). For instance, this button below should redirect to the page which will have prefilled form embedded that should load the data for Huismeester:
