Multiple Element Form Question

I work at a print shop and we have three main machines that we use. I want to create a form in which a user can select a form for one of the three machines, and depending on what they select, a form for the chosen specific machine will appear rather than having the information for all three machines at the same time. Or maybe depending on which selection they make, the form will automatically "jump" to a particular form entry.

Please let me know if you can help!

    Hi,

I am sure that is possible with Jotform. Here's an example form: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/42165816961965. Is this what you are trying to do? If yes, you can refer to this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/196-Hide-or-Show-Multiple-Fields-at-Once

If you need to separate each printer into different forms, that is possible. Please refer this thread: http://www.jotform.com/answers/412260-can-you-call-up-a-different-form-depending-on-field-conditions (look for my 2nd reply).

Let us know here if you have any further questions.

    Thanks
