I have exceeded quota and after logging in see mmy form , select it and then click submissions and get message i must login,
I reported this issue over 18 hours ago and I am receiving NO support of contact , tried Twitter and tried FaceBook and have received NO responses, thisis not a free account and i need this addressed.
I think the account was disabled incorrectly and preventing me from deleting files so I can meet quota.
I am extremely upset by the lack of support I am receiving.

Upon checking your account, I found that it is over quota as you have received 10.32 GB of uploaded files. Please be noted that in premium account, you can only receive up to 10 GB of uploads. If you need more upload storage space, you should upgrade your account to higher plans. Please check our pricing page for the list of plans and its limits: www.jotform.com/pricing
I have activated your account now. You will be able to sign in to your account and access your forms as well. If you do not see, I would suggest you to please clear your browser cache.
Please ensure that you delete few submission records which has attachment and bring down your upload space usages to below 10 GB. Deleting a submission record will also delete the attached file resulting in freeing up your upload usages.
