    Total not adding up

    Hi JotForm Support,

    I set up an order form for my team and the total is not adding up correctly.  Can you please take a look and let me know how I can fix it?

    I am working on the issue of not displaying total correctly when different products are selected. I'll get back to you shortly with relevant information to resolve the issue. Thank you for your patience.

    Thank you for being patient while I work on the issue. I see that the products are added with multiple sizes and multiple quantities as custom properties in your form. I am sorry to inform you that quantity property can only total the pricing which you can add one property per product. The quantity property once added to a product is disabled and cannot be added to the same product.

     

    Adding multiple quantities to the multiple size of the same product is not yet possible with JotForm. You may need to list the sizes as separate products to get the pricing totalled. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
