    Hello Farhad,

It is possible to set different language translations to your form. This guide will show you how to do that.

Please check and let us know if you have any other questions.

    Hello farhad1167,

Thanks for your response. I assume you want the 09821 to be prefilled into the field and when users clicked on the field, they can just add numbers to it. This can be achieved using a Phone number field. Let me show you how:

    1. Add a Phone number field.
    2. Click the Phone number field's setting.
    3. Click the Options tab.
    4. Enable Input Mask and then set up the Input Mask this way: 09821-######

    Hello farhad1167,

Since the translations in Jotform were not able to provide you with your preferred translation, please consider editing the translation in the Form settings. Let me show you how:

    1. In the Form Builder, click the Settings tab.
    2. Click Show more options.
    3. Click Edit on the Translations.
    4. Edit the Translations by translating the form labels in Google Translate.

Please watch this demo video on how to do that.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
