    Hi Ron,

Can you please use the iFrrame embed code when adding the form to
your website so that it would not conflict with code of your site.

    To get the iFrame code:

    1.  Go to Setup & Embed tab
    2.  Click Embed Form
    3.  Click iFrame
    4.  Copy the codes provided in the next screen

Let us know if this works for you.

    Regards,
    Mliz

    Hi Ron

The source code of your page contains two (2) versions of the form: The iFrame version is embedded in the head of the page while the full form source is embedded in the body. To my knowledge, the way HTML works, nothing in the head of the page's source will be displayed on the page.

Replace the one in the body (the full form source) with the one in the head (the iFrame). Additionally, you may need to change the section in the iFrame that states scrolling="no" to scrolling="yes".

Please let us know the result of implementing these changes.

    Thanks.
