Approval Workflow form, same form for multiple users

Hello! Thank you for all your previous help.

I am wanting to know if it is possible to use the same form to be sent and added to by multiple users for a work flow approval process :

eg 1

1. . Original form has an audio-link to be approved and commented on by client.
2. Client listens to audio, makes comments and sends to audio engineer.
3. Audio engineer makes comments and sends form to narrator for corrections.
