I have one email set up so that when a form is sent in, it goes to that email. Can I add another email so the sent forms go to that email too?

This did not work for me...

I went to this website for help:

    http://www.jotform.com//?formID=42124704001133

How can I change recipient e-mail address for my form?

To change recipient email address on a form, open your form on the Form Builder and then:
    1. Click on "Setup and Share" tab,
    2. Click on "Email Alerts",
    3. Select "Notification",
    4. Click on "Reply-to and Recipient Settings",
    5. Change "Recipient E-mail" on the lower right side.

I added my email next to the first email separated by a comma in the recipient file.

When I did a "test email" using the second email, it did not go through.

    Anyone able to help?

    Thank you!

When using the Test Email button, the test notification will be sent exclusively to the default email associated with the account. To actually see if the notification is properly set up it is necessary to make a test submission.

I made a test submission and our mail log shows that the email was sent:

    [2014-08-04 16:06:10] Submission #282991969102982488 SENT to alysonsherman@siegeljcc.org from kr****nku**ers@sie**ljcc.org via SENDMAIL

Can you please confirm the reception of the notification on both email addresses?

    Thank you
